About the role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Art Director to join our in-house Creative Agency. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative vision of one of the world's fastest-growing beauty brands. We are looking for a highly conceptual and strategically minded creative leader with an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for beauty, and the ability to translate brand purpose into best-in-class 360° creative experiences. You will have an instinctive understanding of luxury beauty, makeup artistry, colour, texture and product storytelling, combined with a deep knowledge of digital-first creative and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to elevate creativity, accelerate workflows and unlock new creative possibilities. Reporting to the Head of Art Direction, you will play a key leadership role within the Creative Agency, overseeing projects from concept through final execution. You will lead art direction across campaigns, content creation and digital marketing initiatives while partnering closely with Production, Post Production, Motion, Digital Design, Strategy, Marketing, Social, PR and local market teams. You will directly manage and mentor a Junior Art Director, providing day-to-day creative leadership, coaching and development while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture. You will inspire creative excellence, champion innovation across every touchpoint and help shape the future creative direction of the Charlotte Tilbury brand. As our Senior Art Director you will Lead the visual direction and execution of integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Create and inspire industry-leading creative that balances artistry with strategic thinking, leveraging consumer insights, data and performance metrics to inform creative decisions. Own the art direction process from concept development through shoot execution, post production and final delivery. Lead creative on photography and film shoots, directing models, photographers, stylists, glam teams and production partners to deliver premium luxury content. Collaborate with Creative Directors and the Head of Art Direction on hero campaign development while independently leading Always On campaigns and key business initiatives. Drive innovation across creative production by integrating Generative AI tools into concept development, visual exploration, mood boarding, storyboarding, creative iteration and content workflows where appropriate. Evaluate emerging AI creative technologies and establish best practices that enhance creativity while maintaining Charlotte Tilbury's luxury brand standards. Partner closely with Digital, Marketing, PR, Social, CRM, NPD and Retail teams to deliver cohesive brand storytelling across every customer touchpoint. Work alongside Copy, Production, Retouching, Colour, Motion Graphics and Video teams to ensure flawless creative execution and exceptional craftsmanship. Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams to develop insightful creative responses to briefs that align with brand objectives and business goals. Partner with Product Development and Pro Artists to ensure deep product understanding informs all creative execution. Lead casting direction and ensure talent reflects campaign objectives, brand positioning and inclusive representation. Stay ahead of industry trends across beauty, fashion, photography, design, post production and AI-enabled creative production.
