Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a wealth management or stockbroking environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as SGX and MAS rules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with operations systems and software
