Responsibilities

• As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you will embody the prestige of our brand by:
• Elevating the Client Journey: Providing a warm, personalized, and premium shopping experience for every client.
• Expert Storytelling: Inspiring customers by sharing the artistry, heritage, and enchanting brand story behind each piece of iconic jewelry.
• Driving Sales: Confidently presenting collections, offering thoughtful styling advice, and consistently working to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Handling all transactions (cash, credit, digital) accurately via POS systems and managing returns/exchanges with professionalism and grace.
• Boutique Standards: Maintaining visually stunning product displays and ensuring the boutique always reflects the brand's luxurious aesthetic and high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Passionate: Has a genuine love for fine jewelry, fashion, luxury, and world-class service.
• Experienced: Has prior experience, or high interest, in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands (prior retail experience is an advantage).
• Target-Driven: Is motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated to excellence.
• Professional: Possesses a refined sense of style and strong interpersonal skills, eager to grow their career with a prestigious luxury brand.

Additional Information
