Responsibilities

  • Talent Development and Learning
  • o Partner with business leaders to identify development needs

  • o Track programme effectiveness and provide management reporting
  • o Facilitate workshops, townhall inputs, and employee-focused initiatives
  • Governance & Reporting
  • o Maintain proper documentation for L&D and engagement initiatives
  • o Track KPIs (engagement scores, training impact, programme participation)
  • o Ensure alignment with HR policies and governance standards
  • Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with focus on L&D / engagement
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and drive recruitment/training initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple business units or regions
