About the role
We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. - Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up
- Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
- Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs
Requirements
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates' or higher degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
- Skill set:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
- A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
