Requirements

• Proven Mastery:
• 3+ years of quantifiable impact in sales, recruitment, customer success, or project management within a fast-growing B2B environment (e.g., SaaS start-up or consulting agency).
• Demonstrated high resilience, remaining highly driven, organized, and efficient while juggling multiple requirements during intense peak workload phases.
• Native-level German and full fluency in English.
• Skills You Will Deploy & Develop:
• Mastery of complex algorithmic matching and platform AI adoption within the Future of Work ecosystem.
• Sophisticated multi-stakeholder orchestration-balancing the competing demands of enterprise clients, high-value freelancers, and internal commercial teams.

Explore your future career 🔭 As Project Partner you will be a matchmaker between client and freelancers/consultants, while being their internal voice to improve the Malt product and services, conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers and consultants at the client's request to select the most suited ones especially for our Malt Strategy projects.
