Role Overview The Specialist, Sourcing will oversee the execution of recruitment campaigns for all sourcing channels in order to meet the required number of applicants. Duties & Responsibilities Provide tactical and strategic sourcing plans for specific channels to produce the required number of hires based on targeted sourcing approach Oversee the overall execution of the Sourcing channels assigned to increase the pipeline of candidates for recruitment processing Responsible for ensuring good candidate experience and employee engagement Maintain a healthy cost per hire and conversion rate from applicant to hires.
