- Execution Focus: Willingness to do the work-sending emails, taking calls, and negotiating contracts.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfort with data, pricing models, and competitive analysis.
- Location: In-person in Austin, TX.
- Who You'll Work With:
- Report to the Chief Strategy Officer
- Marketing & Events: You define the strategy; they help execute the tactics.
- CX Engineers: They handle the technical implementation so you can focus on the commercial deal.
- Founders: Work closely with the CEO
- Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 + Equity Grant
- Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
- Bonus: Target $60,000 - $100,000
- Equity: 0.25% - 0.5%
