A look into the role - Software manager As an experienced R&D practitioner, your role will bring you into close contact with finance professionals and engineers in a wide variety of technical fields with an up-close view of how modern technology is rapidly advancing in different industries. Your key responsibilities Manage and drive the success of end‑to‑end R&D claim processes. Ability to lead complex technical interviews and support on high value projects including problem solving with numerous stake holders. Build client relationships and involvement in business development, identifying, and winning new opportunities. Manages the output of junior team members including the production of timely and risk managed narratives, in addition to developing junior staff Understands the impact of upcoming legislation and their impact on technical engagements including communicating this to clients Ability to design and describe different practical assessment methodologies Builds relationships and trust with clients by understanding their needs and expectations through reliable and effective communication. Supports in the teams ambitions to innovate how we work, though chose areas of value add.
