BA - Vietnam Domestic Payment GPP implementation

About the role

Project: Vietnam Domestic Payment GPP implementation Payments Transformation Delivery - Lead business, functional, and transformation workstreams within Vietnam domestic payments modernization programs. - Analyse current-state payment processes across domestic transfers, local payments, interbank payments, instant payments, bank-to-bank transfers, and payment operations. - Support the design of target-state payment processes, operating models, control points, and operational procedures. - Identify and structure key issues related to NAPAS, CITAD, domestic clearing, payment processing, payment status management, exception handling, reconciliation, accounting integration, and operational controls. - Assess the business and operational impact of ISO 20022 adoption, including message structures, data requirements, process changes, reporting needs, and migration considerations. - Support functional analysis related to Finastra GPP, including payment flows, routing, validation, exception handling, status management, interfaces, configuration principles, and operational processes. - Lead client workshops, business interviews, Fit-Gap analysis, requirements clarification, issue management, and decision support. - Prepare and review key deliverables such as business requirements, target-state process flows, Fit-Gap documents, issue logs, migration approach, testing approach, operating procedures, and management presentations. - Coordinate with client business teams, operations teams, technology teams, vendors, and partners to drive alignment and support project decision-making. - Support SIT, UAT, migration rehearsals, business acceptance, operational readiness, and post-implementation stabilization from a business and functional perspective. - Identify business impacts, operational changes, and change management considerations arising from payments modernization. - Strong understanding ofVietnam domestic payments, local payments, interbank payments, instantpayments, bank-to-bank transfers, and payment operations. - Understanding of routing, validation, exception handling, repair,reconciliation, accounting, settlement, sanctions screening, AML, and fraudmonitoring in payments processing. - Knowledge of Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, orTreasury Operations. - Experience working with vendors, system integrators, product teams, and operationsteams. - Experience working in English or Vietnamese-speaking project environments.
