About the role

QSIC is an Audio + AI company redefining what in-store means for retailers and brands worldwide. We use intelligent audio to drive real, measurable commercial outcomes - and we move fast. We're building something genuinely new, and the people behind it matter enormously to us. We're now looking for our second People hire. Not a number. Not a backfill. A pivotal role that shapes what QSIC feels like to work at as we scale. You'll be the on-the-ground HR presence for our US teams - a trusted partner to senior leaders, a hands-on operator, and a builder of the infrastructure that makes QSIC a great place to work. Reporting to the Head of People located in Australia, you'll own the full employee experience for your client groups: from that first conversation with a candidate, through onboarding, performance, development and everything in between. This is not a role where you maintain what already exists. Most of what you'll build doesn't exist yet.
