Regulatory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations or policies that may impact Arxada products and be able to advise stakeholders on applicable requirements and route to compliance.
• Compile appropriate dossiers to obtain relevant product registrations and other applicable permits for new products
• Ensure compliance with Thailand import/manufacture license and notification
• requirements for company products, customers' samples and raw materials
• Maintain product registrations to ensure continued compliance for Thailand & Korea. Co-ordinate with our Thai manufacturing plant & hazard communication/labelling teams to ensure that the SAP and Sphera IA tools have the right data, layouts and
• rules/algorithms to meet national requirements for SDS and product labels.
• Compile responses to customer questionnaires on company products as well as other regulatory inquiries from customers
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or higher degree in chemistry or life sciences
• Business fluent in English and ideally Thai language.
• Typically, 3+ years of industrial experience, ideally in chemical industry regulatory affairs
• Expert knowledge of the regulatory framework for chemicals - particularly Thailand & Korea. Experience with regulations governing antimicrobials for preservation or hygiene applications is desirable.
• Strong scientific understanding of chemistry, efficacy, toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate or risk assessment methodologies.

As a hands-on contributor you will deliver business results by obtaining/maintaining product approvals, responding to regulatory challenges, providing effective customer support and ensuring support for innovation activities.
