Role: Learning Platform & Qualifications Lead Location: Remote (UK-Based) with occasional travel to London & Cotswolds Contract: Full Time, Permanent We're looking for a Learning Platform & Qualifications Lead to take ownership of our Moodle-based virtual learning environment and play a critical role in delivering high-quality professional qualifications. This is a hands-on, specialist role where you'll manage the platform, coordinate assessment processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly for both learners and internal teams. What you'll be doing Managing and maintaining our virtual learning platform (Moodle) Setting up learner cohorts and updating course content Coordinating assignment allocation, marking and verification Monitoring learner progress and reporting on key metrics Improving processes and introducing efficiencies (including AI tools) Working closely with Programme Managers, SMEs and developers What we're looking for Essential Strong experience with Moodle or similar VLE (backend/admin) Experience in an education or training environment Confidence managing assignment workflows and learner data Strong Excel and reporting skills Desirable Experience with CIPD or CMI programmes Knowledge of Moodle plugins Experience with Microsoft tools (Planner, Power Automate) Interest in AI in learning Why this role matters This is a business-critical position - you'll be the go-to expert for our learning platform, ensuring learners have a seamless and high-quality experience.
