Position Objective: This position i s respons i ble for genera l supervision of residents and the i r act i vities , mil i eu management and facil i tation of group meetings . This position works closely with the TA Lead position and reports to the Pathways Inpatient/Residential Clinical Manager. Communicate and collaborate w ith other Pathways staff to manage emergent and comple x pa t ient problems , concerns or other issues i nc l ud i ng those arising i n the treatment env i ronment. 12. Attend and participate i n monthly TA meeting, mu l tid i sc i pl i na ry/all staff meetings as assigned and regular superv i s i on a long w i th i n-serv i ce and other ass i gned trainings . 13. W or k collaborativel y w i th pa t ient and multi-discip l ina ry teams , under superv i s i on , to prov i de care based on pat i ent ' s unique needs , strengths , va l ues and preferences . 14. Pathways provides multip l e l eve l s of care ; eve ry staff member has a role in our patients ' success and staff ma y be as k ed to w or k in other areas of adm i ss i on or treatment as needed . Educational/Experience Requirements: Required Minimum Education. The m i n i mum lev el of education for th i s pos i t i on includes : H igh schoo l d i ploma or equivalent required; a college degree in behavioral health or human services is strongly preferred . R equ ir es genera l understan d ing of subs tance use disorders and a w areness that patients ma y have co-occurring mental hea l th issues . Required Minimum Experience : One year of w or k e x per i ence required; work experience i n beha v ioral health or persona l recovery e x perience ( minimum of two y ears personal recove ry) strongly preferred. Two to four college level behavioral health internships may substitute on a 1:1 basis for up to two years work experience; Pathways internships strongly preferred. Required License/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through approved Luminis Health system required within 30 days of hire. Valid Maryland driver's license and driving record with no more than two points. Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands: E x ert i ng up to 50 pounds of force occasionally , and / or up to 30 pounds of force frequently to move objects, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constan tly to move objects.
