How You'll Make an Impact: Direct Sourcing - Focus on proactive sourcing methodologies to attract top talent across multiple business areas. Full‑cycle Recruitment - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from hiring manager briefing to offer management. Cross‑functional Hiring - Recruit for a wide range of technical and professional roles across the organization. Stakeholder Engagement - Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, providing regular updates on requisition progress. Sourcing Strategy Development - Build and implement effective sourcing channels to develop strong, relevant talent pipelines. Data‑driven Reporting - Track and report recruitment metrics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Project Participation - Lead and contribute to internal TA projects aimed at improving processes, tools, and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Recruitment Expertise - Significant experience in RPO, agency, or in‑house environments, managing full end‑to‑end recruitment.
