As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven Immigration & Mobility Specialist to support our HR operations and enhance the candidate and employee experience. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for a project based recruiting need. This role is critical in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming candidate experience for applicants while partnering closely with onsite staff, hiring managers, and team leads.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, greeting and checking in high volumes of applicants daily
  • Manage candidate flow using an interview scheduling tracker, ensuring accurate tracking of arrivals and interview status
  • Distribute and collect candidate paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and onsite team leads to ensure timely candidate handoffs for driving assessments
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and internal teams to keep the interview process running smoothly
  • Track and compile assessment results, ensuring all data is properly recorded
  • Upload candidate documentation and assessment videos into internal tracking systems
  • Monitor and manage the daily interview schedule, proactively identifying gaps or bottlenecks
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and candidate-friendly environment at all times

Requirements

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onsite hiring events
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including staff, hiring managers, and operational leads
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to provide a high-quality candidate experience
  • High attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems
  • Professional demeanor in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment law
  • Experience in automotive, logistics, or hourly hiring environments
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or scheduling tools
  • Candidates are required to be authorized to work in the U.S. The employer is not offering relocation sponsorship, and remote work options are not available.
