Requirements
- 8+ years in FPS live service product, publishing, strategy, analytics, or growth
- Strong understanding of FPS live service economics (retention, monetisation, payer segmentation, LTV)
- Deep familiarity with China FPS player behaviour and competitive landscape
- Commercial literacy (ROI, sensitivity, exposure framing)
- Proactively working in a cross cultural environment
- Mandarin required; English strongly preferred
- Active player of FPS / shooter category preferred

You will oversee the full Product × Market Pod for shooter games in China, including from signal, validation to studio engagement and learning. This role reports directly to the Head of Publishing, Shooters China, ensuring that the General Manager, Greater China, grounds all product recommendations commercially and aligns them to country-level commercial performance.
