Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits.
- Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships.
- Support auditor hiring, training, supervision, and performance monitoring.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English required; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage due to interaction with local retailers.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.).
- Willingness to travel, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers.
- Problem-solving mindset, coaching ability, and professional maturity.
