Organization: eStar Training Non-Clinical Job Summary: This role is primarily responsible for facilitating and delivering virtual instructor‑led training, with a core focus on Epic Cadence & Grand Central applications. The position is heavily presentation‑focused, with approximately 4-5 days per week dedicated to leading training sessions, guiding learners through workflows, and supporting end‑user adoption. While the initial emphasis will be on Cadence & Grand Central training, there is opportunity for cross‑credentialing in additional applications, with the expectation that the trainer will become fully cross‑trained and capable of facilitating all assigned classes. During non‑training time, the role includes administrative and coordination responsibilities, such as maintaining class rosters, monitoring attendance, communicating with fellow trainers and end users, and supporting overall training operations. This role does not focus on training content development. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST .
