• Qualifications and Experience
• HCPC registration
• Post graduate Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Experience in laboratory management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workflow optimisation
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• NHS experience (preferred)
