In the LAYBELS Operations & Finance area, you will gain deep insights into the business and the processes behind our exclusive celebrity collections and events Support in the operational monitoring and reporting of relevant business KPIs Operational use and active contribution to the development of our internal AI tools, including for automated content generation Participation in short-term ad-hoc topics, analyses, and operational special projects Cross-functional exchange and collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Planning, and Buying Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Development, E-Commerce, or a comparable business-related field Strong affinity for numbers and interest in e-commerce and digital business models Analytical mindset and a structured, independent way of working Enjoyment of process optimization and working with data (especially Excel) Quick comprehension skills and motivation to familiarize yourself with new tools and topics Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page .
