Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Surgical Pain Services / Medical Pain Services Cincinnati Children's is nationally recognized for excellence in pediatric care and is committed to providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered services. We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Surgical Pain Services and Medical Pain Services teams. This role is essential in ensuring effective pain management for post-operative and medical patients during the evening hours, helping to promote comfort, safety, and continuity of care. Position Title: Family Nurse Practitioner FTE: 0.8 (32 hours per week) Shift: 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM, rotating day shift coverage on Saturdays. No holiday coverage is required. Role Summary Rounding on post-operative surgical and medical pain service patients to ensure pain is appropriately managed and that a clear, comprehensive plan is in place for overnight care. This position plays a critical role in optimizing patient comfort and supporting recovery.
