Responsibilities

- Help identify and improve operational processes that create efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across campaign management workflows.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in out of home media planning, buying, or integrated media strategy within an agency or media organization.
- Strong understanding of the OOH landscape across traditional, digital, and programmatic formats.
- Experience managing campaigns across national, local, and DMA-specific markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Media teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Curiosity around innovation, emerging media, and the evolving role of OOH within modern marketing strategies.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with a passion for delivering impactful client work.
