Working within a collaborative commercial team, the role drives supplier engagement, optimises contracting conditions, and uses data insights to prioritise actions and maximise revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Renegotiate contracting conditions to optimise rates, availability, offers, and system accuracy
  • Manage hotel supplier portfolio to improve product competitiveness and performance
  • Use data and dashboards to prioritise actions and drive commercial outcomes
  • Secure additional availability and offers directly from suppliers and ensure system loading
  • Maintain proactive, day-to-day engagement with hotel partners
  • Collaborate closely with Contracting Manager, sharing insights, strategies, and priorities
  • Drive efficient ways of working across commercial processes

Requirements

  • Experience in contracting, commercial, or supplier management (hospitality/travel preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectively
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
