About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist in the Oceana Quality Branch at Fleet Readiness Center of FRC SE DET MIDLANT OCEANA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Planning, organizing, and directing the activities of assigned Industrial Quality Department Branch, ensuring that assigned branch complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs; 2) Identifying requirements and initiating requests for additional resources, including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives; 3) Providing technical advice and assistance on all matters related to quality, including verification of material, products, processes, and documentation; 4) Evaluating performance of subordinates, giving instructions, providing advice, and counsel to subordinates on performance, technical, and administrative matters; 5) Resolving quality related issues and making sound managerial decisions assisting in the progression of successful aircraft, engines, and component programs.
