About the role
The role You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager to keep Singulier's marketing engine running: consistent content output, clean marketing operations, reliable reporting, and support on event communications. Core responsibilities Content calendar & publishing: ensure 1-2 LinkedIn posts/week are scheduled, published, monitored; coordinate quick approvals; share live posts internally to drive engagement. Content support: draft initial copy + visuals; support ghostwriting for leadership team; flag relevant market news for reactive posts. Newsletters: support delivery of monthly and bi-weekly newsletters to both our external and internal databases Reporting: produce monthly reports and provide ideas for optimisation and automation of marketing measurement Marketing operations: maintain organised folders, support in marketing foundational initiatives Events (ad hoc): support event comms and logistics; help with French-language comms/templates when required. > The position is available starting in July for a duration of six months. What we're looking for VERY STRONG English and French speaking and writing skills. Excellent creative instict Highly organised and great with project coordination: you can run a calendar, chase approvals, and keep workflows clean without being reminded. Strong writing fundamentals with sharp editorial judgement: clear, concise, professional; with an understanding of company and personal branding tone Comfortable with a remote manager set up. Able to balance autonomous working with confidently communicating needs clearly. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders (ghostwriting support + internal comms). Interest in B2B marketing, technology, data/AI, private equity/value creation is a plus. Key technical / tools Notion LinkedIn Mailchimp Slack Microsoft Teams / SharePoint / PowerBI Canva Excel and Powerpoint Airtable 3 to 4 years of higher education in Communication, Business or University with a major in Marketing & Communication and a background in both editorial and creative work. You have impeccable interpersonal and writing skills, in both French and English. You are proficient in social media content creation and management, whether through personal or professional experience. You're an expert user of Canva and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. You're passionate about the digital world and know the strategy consulting and private equity sector, or aren't afraid to learn about it. You've got the attitude to succeed in a startup: you're a budding genius (in digital communications), resourceful, curious, and a fast-learner. You're creative, rigorous and a proactive thinker.
