Please note that this is a replacement job opening. Your Role : Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention Coordinate effective communication between front and back-office teams Assist the Practice Manager with training, development, and daily delegation of the administrative team Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed Oversee and optimize appointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time Ensure pre-authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience About You: Minimum 2+ year s of Dental Ad ministration experience is required Leadership experience is considered an asset Clinical background and e xperience with dental software programs is required Application Information: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
