Job Description The Graduate Trainee will support driving digital adoption, transactional migration and revenue growth across the commercial and business banking platforms aligning to FNBs Digitization Pillar. The role ensures commercial clients are onboarded and actively transacting across key platforms - Online Banking (OB), Online Banking Enterprise (OBE) and FNB App for Business. Key Responsibilities Digital Migration : Grow commercial client base, transaction volumes, transactional revenue and VSI (Utilization of business digital banking channels). Client Service Commitment : Deliver exceptional client service to commercial and business banking clients aligned with the bank's strategy. Client Engagement : Present digital solutions internally and externally, analyse client usage and provide feedback. Query Resolution : Provide end-to-end accountability for business client complaints and queries relating to their digital banking. Relationship Management : Support branches with training, collaborate with Relationship Managers, and conduct courtesy visits to commercial / business banking clients. Client Satisfaction : Achieve targets measured through GES and query resolution turnaround times. Process Efficiency : Ensure divisional targets are met, maintain KYC compliance, and manage documentation. Reporting : Provide weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports and detailed call reports. Risk & Compliance : Adhere to statutory, legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks. Qualifications & Experience Business Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or any related business field Exposure to sales processes. Knowledge of digital banking products.
