Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs in compliance with Malaysian regulations and corporate standards. Conduct and review HIRARC, risk assessments, and EHS audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure effective control measures across manufacturing operations. Lead or facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation and tracking of corrective and preventive actions. Plan, coordinate, and deliver EHS training programs, including safety induction, regulatory training, and contractor safety management. Actively support and guide the site Emergency Response Team (ERT), including organizing drills, evaluating emergency preparedness, and ensuring emergency equipment readiness. Analyze EHS performance data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review and regulatory submission. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, and Project teams to integrate EHS requirements into manufacturing processes, projects, and management of change (MoC). Required: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field Preferred: As least 1 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of EHS management systems and standards, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and RBA requirements. Relevant professional EHS certifications i.e Safety and Health Officer (SHO) are highly desirable. Fluent in English with working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
