Requirements
- Diploma in Information Sciences or related qualification with at least 2-3 years of experience in SAP SF modules/SAP HCM
- Ability to handle data and report with high accuracy
- Ability to communicate well with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Position Overview The candidate will support the Senior Manager/Assistant Manager HR (Technology and Continuous Improvement) in all HRIS related work and ensure that all activities are completed timely and accurately while working closely with stakeholders to drive continuous operational improvements. The role includes providing support for some HR modules and third-party systems, addressing first- and second-level staff queries related to system functionalities and conducting simple user acceptance testing to verify that the system aligns with business rules and logic. The role also supports the maintenance of IT assets within the HR Division and ensuring proper documentation is kept for audit purposes. Example of systems support includes SuccessFactors, Concur, Staff Travel, Uniform, SIA Initiatives etc.
