Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
  • Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect's evidence-based curriculum

Requirements

  • Active and verifiable license from one of the following North Carolina licenses: LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, LPC , as well as your state of residence if it is not North Carolina . All credentials must be verified through the State Board's website as part of the application process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
  • Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
  • Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

  • The salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $70,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.
