🚘 Family Chauffeur & Operations Support [Hybrid role]

Responsibilities

• Family support
• Manage Children's Schedules
• Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for children's classes and activities
• Plan efficient driving routes to ensure punctuality
• Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and regular servicing of assigned vehicle(s)
• Monitor vehicle condition and arrange for maintenance or repairs when required
• Run errands and support ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Assist with household and logistics scheduling
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
• Clinic Operations Support
• Deliver medication to patients when required
• Stock checks for medication and supplies
• Receive and arrange stock deliveries
• General clinic errands and support duties

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with good driving record
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy, likes and enjoy working with age 7 and 9 year old girls
• Organised and able to multitask
• Comfortable carrying light to moderate items
• Good communication skills
• Punctual, responsible, and well-mannered
• Able to work overtime when required

Additional Information

Location: Novena & Bukit Timah Working Hours: 5.5days (Weekdays 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 2pm) Our client is looking for someone reliable, organised, and proactive to support both transport duties and daily operational needs for their clinic and family schedules.
