About the role

On behalf of the hiring company, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join their dynamic team as a Hairstylist . Main Responsibilities ※Customer Consultation & Design Analyse the customer's head shape, face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle Provide customized design proposals before services such as haircuts, perms, and coloring Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following treatments ※Hair Services Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments Select appropriate products based on hair condition and minimize hair damage during procedures Operate scalp and hair care programs ※Customer Management Manage returning customers and build long-term client relationships Maintain service records and handle customer concerns Ensure high service quality to improve customer satisfaction ※Teamwork & Salon Operations Participate in internal training and Jeducation programs Maintain salon service standards and brand values Contribution to Brand Growth Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots Develop signature services and build personal portfolios ※Qualifications & Requirements - Relevant professional license or certification holder Minimum 3 years of experience preferred 2-year contract required Salary negotiable depending on experience Basic English communication skills ※Benefits & Additional Information Insurance coverage Training support ※ Detailed conditions are subject to company policy. ※ Employment Details Employment Type: Experienced position Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours per day Work Location: Downtown Singapore
