About the role

We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. In this role, you will combine people analytics, dashboard development, and product thinking to build scalable insights solutions and improve how we understand and act on employee feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or or code-/AI-based tools) for employee insights with excellent UX

  • Drive innovation using modern analytics approaches, including AI and automation

Requirements

  • Experience in building scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools)
  • Strong data storytelling and dashboard UX skills
  • Experience with data quality management and validation frameworks
  • Familiarity with HR data systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and understanding of org management tools
  • Ability to analyze and redesign complex processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Project management skills with the ability to structure, plan, and steer complex, multi-stakeholder processes including timelines, ownership, and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and high-visibility environments
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working style
  • Ability to work in ambiguous setups and support tool and architecture decisions
  • Interest in modern analytics approaches (AI-supported workflows, automation, innovation)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language would be beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and complex hierarchies (especially org structures)
  • Ability to design and automate data pipelines and reduce manual processes
  • Experience with version control (Git) and reproducible workflows
