Exposure will be provided to modern refrigeration technologies, including environmentally friendly and sustainable refrigeration solutions such as CO₂ refrigeration systems. Design, plan, testing, commissioning, and site supervision for HVAC & Refrigeration projects, adhering to project plans, specifications, and contracts. Prepare and maintain design documents, submittals, and re-estimate reports. Ensure proper project documentation and regularly update management on project progress. Conduct site surveys, plan the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels, and attend site meetings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor construction progress. Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Perform testing, commissioning, and quality checks to ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of HVAC systems. Diagnose, repair, and maintain system components. Assist clients in optimizing energy use, resolving faults, and providing post-installation support. Generate 2D engineering & electrical drawings with software. Manage material and labor costs to meet budget requirements. Perform any other ad hoc tasks reasonably assigned by supervisor Requirement Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification. Experience in HVAC&R, refrigeration, cold room, or project engineering work is an advantage. Basic knowledge of heat load calculation, equipment selection, and technical drawing preparation Proficiency in AutoCAD; Solidworks experience is an advantage Able to understand and prepare technical drawings and P&ID Good interpersonal and communication skills Willing to learn and grow in refrigeration system design and project engineering Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to attend customer meetings or site visits when required
