Assistant Funeral Director

Requirements

• To converse well in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and Chinese monks)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent
• Possess class 3 driver's license
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime

Job Description: Proficient in manning call center hotlines and establishing prompt follow-up actions Establish good coordination on funeral arrangements Versatile with client meetings performed within office premises, on-site visits, and over virtual communication platforms Transfer the dearly departed to funeral homes Work closely with operations staff and Finance Team Other ad-hoc duties assigned
