Job Scope: You will be partof an architectural team involved in the technical evaluation of addition andalteration (A&A) submissions and renovation work proposals for existing HDB properties. In the course of your daily work, you will collaborate with HDB's Architectsand Building Managers to evaluate architectural work items in accordance withHDB's technical requirements and renovation guidelines. You will also manage queries from applicants, including contractors and residents, resolve issues to ensure compliance, and consult relevant agencies on matters relatingto statutory requirements.
