Responsibilities

  • AmeriCorps Member Performance Manager

  • their team. This includes responsibilities listed for First and Second Year AmeriCorps members as well as the following:
  • Sets clear vision and expectations for senior AmeriCorps members to actualize with teams.
  • Manages performance systems to measure progress against goals in areas of service and human potential

  • Oversee the execution of City Year's WSWC intervention programs (Tier 1 and Tier 2).
  • Content - Content experts in the local implementation of City Year's WSWC service model.
  • Academic Support - literacy and mathematics intervention, in-class support.
  • Afterschool Programming - homework labs, enrichment clubs.
  • School Climate - behavior coaching groups, enrichment clubs, and other whole school attendance, behavior and
  • coursework initiatives.
  • Impact - Frontline outcomes manager ensuring effective delivery of service.
  • Observe and coach AmeriCorps members monthly during Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions.
  • Responsible for data collection and database maintenance.
  • Ensure that data is available for analysis and reporting in a timely and consistent manner and that evaluation
  • results are used to make service and program improvements.
  • Drive measurable monthly and weekly deliverables for AmeriCorps members to ensure effective planning and
  • execution of parent/community engagement events and AmeriCorps member led initiatives.
