About the role
As a Contract Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of operational contracts by providing administrative, financial and customer support activities. Working closely with operational teams, customers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, data is accurate and business processes run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of key operational contracts by providing accurate administrative, financial and customer support activities.
- Assisting with fleet management and related financial reports
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, operational teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Managing contract-related information, systems and documentation to ensure data accuracy, compliance and effective service delivery.
- Producing reports, analysing information and identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Creating purchase orders, receiving Invoices and assisting with financial administration and contract controls activities in line with business requirements.
- Assisting with and creating end of month reports.
- Working closely with operational teams to coordinate activities, monitor performance and support the successful delivery of services.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance ways of working.
- Building effective relationships across the business to support operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience working in an administrative, operational support, contract support or customer-focused environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and continuously improve processes.
- Experience of working with business systems, financial processes or contract administration would be advantageous.
- Ability to pass DBS check
