Job Description Summary : Responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure optimal product availability, inventory efficiency, and alignment between demand and supply. This role drives the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures effective forecasting, planning, and execution to support business objectives while maintaining service levels and cost efficiency. Job Description : End to End Supply Chain Owner Leads and manages the S & OP process to meet customer service and cost objectives Represents the S & OP team on the board Communicates S & OP decisions to operational level Enforce adherence to the process and decisions made by the team Accountable for Weekly Plan / Final Decision on Weekly meeting Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm. Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotes are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel. Job Requirement : Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Consumer Goods industries is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions. Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and supply chain planning. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operational environment.
