About the role
Role Purpose The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital learning experiences across online, blended, and on-demand platforms. E-Learning Content Development Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, videos, quizzes, and digital assessments. Convert classroom-based programs into online and blended learning formats. Work with subject matter experts to transform content into engaging digital learning experiences. Ensure learning materials are visually appealing, learner-centered, and outcome-driven. 2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS). Upload courses, configure learner journeys, manage enrollments, and track completion rates. Maintain user access, troubleshoot learner issues, and ensure smooth system functionality. Coordinate with IT teams or vendors on upgrades, integrations, and technical enhancements. 3. Website & Digital Platforms Management Manage and continuously update the organization's website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with branding. Maintain program pages, trainer profiles, registration forms, event announcements, and landing pages. Coordinate with developers or vendors on website enhancements, hosting, security, and performance optimization. Monitor website analytics, traffic, user journeys, and conversion performance. Ensure SEO best practices are applied to increase visibility and reach. 4. Mobile App & Digital Tools Management Oversee any dedicated mobile application for the academy, ensuring functionality, usability, and regular updates. Manage additional digital tools such as CRM systems, learner portals, automation tools, webinar platforms, and communication systems in coordination with central IT. Recommend and implement new digital tools that improve learner experience, operational efficiency, and engagement. 5. Learning Experience Optimization Improve learner engagement through gamification, automation, mobile learning, and personalized pathways. Analyze learner behavior and recommend enhancements to improve completion and satisfaction rates. Ensure all digital learning experiences are intuitive and user-friendly. 6. Multimedia & Digital Production Develop or coordinate production of learning videos, graphics, animations, and supporting materials. Edit webinars, virtual sessions, and recorded content for reuse in programs. Ensure brand consistency and professional quality across all digital assets. 7. Reporting & Analytics Track participation, completion rates, learner progress, website traffic, and digital engagement metrics. Generate dashboards and reports for management. Use insights to improve digital performance, learner retention, and user experience. 8. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure digital courses, website pages, and applications meet quality standards and accessibility requirements. Test systems and platforms across devices and browsers before launch. Maintain updates to ensure relevance, accuracy, and cybersecurity compliance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Multimedia, IT, Digital Media, or related field. 3-6+ years of experience in digital learning, LMS administration, website management, or digital platforms management. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS/website systems such as WordPress, and digital tools. Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, or similar tools. Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and mobile app management is preferred. Strong command of English and Arabi.
