Product Manager (AI)

About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager who lives at the intersection of AI and communications - someone who can take complex AI capabilities and turn them into products that real businesses actually use and pay for. You'll own the AI product roadmap across two of our most strategic platforms: UContact - our CCaaS platform serving BPOs, collections companies, and enterprise contact centers across LATAM. You'll define and deliver native AI Agent capabilities (inbound + outbound) directly inside UContact. Unite - our UCaaS platform. You'll drive AI features including Huddle AI Studio, Settings AI Assistant, Coach integration, and post-summary webhooks. This is not a "manage the backlog" role. You'll be driving direction, making hard calls on scope, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship products that move the business.
