Join our TecHub team as an intern, where you'll support day-to-day technology operations, enhance your troubleshooting skills, and learn how IT empowers effective teaching, learning, and work processes across our schools. This internship is ideal for students, graduates, or individuals keen to build practical experience in IT support. Job Responsibilities: Providing Level 1 IT on-site or remote support to all end users in Eden Schools, Eden Centres and AAS HQ. Providing day-to-day IT on-site support, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mac book, iPad, printer, projector and with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook,etc) Provisioning new user accounts which include installing and configuring workstations, software, network printing & etc. Updating documentation of IT assets, software license purchase and inventory records (as required) Updating software license and hardware inventory (as required) Liaising with vendors for tech support on laptops and desktops. (as required) Supporting School events as and when required. E.g AV support, photographer. (as required) All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or School Management Period: Between Jun to Dec 2026 Work days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm Internship allowance: $1,400 per month Work Location: Eden School Campus 1, 101 Bukit Batok West Ave 3 or Eden School Campus 2, 1 bukit batok west ave 2
