Responsibilities
- Set strategic, data-driven priorities to meet recruitment goals. Develop and implement call project objectives, and assign to student employees for implementation.
- Oversee group visit requests and assignments. Ensure communication with groups is accurate and timely, coordinate staffing and all other needs for group visits.
- Evaluate applicants for admission and oversee the file review activities of the Recruitment team. Facilitate Recruitment's contributions to the scholarship award process.
- Meet with prospective and current UT students through admissions counseling appointments. Give presentations about the university to prospective students and families. Respond to emails in the admissions inboxes, assist with phone support or other office priorities as needed.
- Represent the university and support regional outreach by traveling to recruitment events, panels, meetings, and other functions in the area. Drive a personal vehicle, rental car, or university vehicle.
