Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude. Actively promote the organisation's programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner. Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses. Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing. Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
