- Required Experience / Education
- Education or coursework in a field related to Information Technology.

- Some experience with Active Directory Users and Computers, including unlocking accounts and updating user information.
- Exposure to or interest in artificial intelligence solutions, tools, or models is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Basic project management skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and word processing tools.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
