AI video generation expertise we value: Proficient with leading AI video gen suites (e.g., generative models for scenes, upscaling, frame interpolation) and practical integration into editing workflows Mastery of prompt engineering for consistent aesthetics, lighting, and motion across outputs Advanced skills in AI-assisted color grading, audio enhancement, and lip-sync/tools automation Experience deploying custom AI pipelines for rapid thumbnail/storyboard generation, asset tagging, and versioning Ability to audit, validate outputs for quality and brand safety, and iterate quickly Technical requirements: 3+ years in video editing/production; agency or studio experience preferred Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve; Final Cut a plus Talented fresh grads with strong AI foundation will be considered
