Responsibilities
- Inventory Strategy & Oversight:
- Manage inventory valued between $10M-$20M, including oversight of systems and processes.

- Act as a key contact for internal departments, vendors, and logistics partners. Provide clear, actionable reporting and updates to leadership on inventory performance and risks.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional supply chain projects focused on cost optimization and efficiency.
- Manage escalation processes for inventory-related issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to align inventory levels with demand and delivery timelines.
- Support internal audits and corrective actions related to inventory processes.
- Represent the inventory control function in regional or global supply chain forums or initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of practical manufacturing management experience.
- Deep understanding of inventory control methodologies, forecasting techniques, and warehouse operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and data analysis tools
- Strategic thinking and decision-making
- Team leadership and people development
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
- Process improvement mindset
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
