The Industry Practice Expert Banking, is a hands-on, execution-focused role within the Industry Practice environment. The role supports and operationalizes the Industry Practice strategy by turning industry expertise, data assets, and technology capabilities into concrete use cases, customer solutions, and sales enablement outcomes. The Expert operates at the intersection of industry knowledge, data, and delivery execution. Acting as the analytical and operational extension of the Industry Practice Lead, the role focuses on structuring requirements, shaping use cases, supporting solution design, and ensuring that industry initiatives move from concept to scalable implementation. This includes typical Business‑Analyst activities such as requirements analysis, process decomposition, data analysis/mapping, and validation of value assumptions. Working closely with sales, product, data science, AI, and operating unit teams, the Expert ensures that industry insights are consistently translated into practical, repeatable, and commercially relevant solutions that can be deployed across customers and regions.
