As an 'Associate Director or Senior Specialist Lead, Operate Service Architect' you will design and shape scalable managed services that align client outcomes with Deloitte's delivery capability, risk appetite, and commercial objectives. Your typical day will include: Leading the design of end-to-end managed service solutions across complex engagements, translating client requirements into practical service models Defining operating models, governance structures, service boundaries, and delivery approaches to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions Supporting pursuits through solution shaping, pricing, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are commercially sound and competitive Bring your expertise in managed services, service architecture, and commercial solution design and see what impact you can make.
